Men's Ministry

Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her... Ephesians 5:25

And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord. Ephesians 6:4

Men's Bible Fellowship

The Men's Bible Fellowship meets every Wednesday evening. The men of the church come together to study the Word of God, worship, share, pray, and fellowship. Coming together in this way helps men to sharpen one another, be accountable to one another, and to pray for one another.

Men's Breakfast

The Men's Breakfast is a great time for men to come together and share a meal, worship, study the Word, and fellowship. This event will be held the first Saturday of the month.

Marriage Points for Men -- Audio

On Saturday, April 25th, 2009, the Men's Ministry at Calvary Chapel Manteca held the Marriage Pointers for Men one-day seminar in Manteca. Assistant Pastor Bob Horton from Calvary Chapel Modesto was the main speaker for the seminar, and worship music was led by Dave Miller of Calvary Chapel Manteca.

Pastor Bob Horton became a Christian later in life at the age of 46. His previous careers include professional sports and restaurant ownership. After committing his life to the Lord he became active in serving the Lord in our community and in 1994 he came on staff at Calvary Chapel Modesto as an administrative pastor.
